Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated September 30, 1985, Docket Nos. 82-R1D4-682 and 683. Elaine W. Donaldson, Chairman; L. A. Harrington and Michael R. Monagan, Members.

The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of March 10, 1983 (Digest 15,326), granting in part and denying in part Employer's appeals from alleged serious violations of 4050 (a) (shafting) and 4077(a) (sprocket chains). The proposed $210 penalty for serious violation of 4050(a) was reduced to $100; the 4077(a) violation was reduced from serious to general and the proposed penalty vacated.
