The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of October 11, 1984 (Digest 15,909 and 15,910). Employer's appeals from a serious violation of 1596(a)(1) (rollover protective structures) and two serious violations of 1540(d) (excavations) were denied. Also denied were appeals from the associated penalties: $260, $435, and $205 respectively.
