Guarding, Moulding Shaper Head. An employee amputated his left index fingertip while using Employer's Ritter R-30 triple-headed wood shaper, used to shape moulding designs for cabinet doors. The unguarded, hand-fed knife head was the only one of three heads that was not automatically fed. Employer's owner testified
