Of six violations at Employer's carrot-packing operation, all were affirmed but the penalties for two were reduced. Charges and dispositions were:
2510.5 (wet and damp locations, equipment approval). A general violation was affirmed. "It cannot be said that when an electrical box is missing a screw and has a wire hanging out, even if it is covered by tape, it is approved."
