The Appeals Board denied reconsideration of the ALJ decision of December 30, 1986 (Digest 16,954). The ALJ had affirmed a $2,550 penalty for an admitted repeat/serious violation of 1626(e) (stairwells and stairs). The petition gave no legally sufficient grounds for reconsideration.
