The Appeals Board denied reconsideration of its previous order denying Employer's appeal from a violation of 1670 (a) for failure to show good cause for a late appeal.
Employer's contention that it did not receive adequate notice of the appeal time for the citation and the related penalty notice was also rejected: written notice of the appeal times and the effects of noncompliance with them is printed on both documents.
