Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated August 17, 1987, Docket No. 85-R4D1-1727. Elaine W. Donaldson, Chairman; L. A. Harrington and Michael R. Monagan, Members.

The Appeals Board reversed the ALJ decision of August 7, 1986 (Digest 16,749). The Board denied Employer's appeal from a violation of 4211(b), although it reduced the violation from serious, as charged, to general. Reconsideration was on petition of the Division.
