The Appeals Board reversed the ALJ decision of January 18, 1984 (Digest 15,649) and granted Employer's appeal from an alleged serious violation of 5150(b)(1)(H).
"Section 5150 is entitled `Ventilation and Personal Protective Equipment Requirements for Welding, Brazing and Cutting.' The first three major subparts of the Section prescribe different employee protective ventilation requirements for welders depending on the ventilation characteristics of a worksite."
