Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated November 23, 1987, Docket No. 86-R1D4-457. Elaine W. Donaldson, Chairman; L. A. Harrington and Michael R. Monagan, Members.

The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of March 4, 1987 (Digest 17,029). The Board denied Employer's appeal from a violation of 5178(d) (hot liquids), but found the ALJ had properly reduced the charge from serious to general.
