Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated March 9, 1990, Docket No. 89-R1D2-042. Elaine W. Donaldson, Chairman; Michael R. Monagan, Member.

The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision dated September 15, 1989 (Digest 17,309). The Board denied Employer's appeal from a serious violation of 3382(a) (eye and face protection), with $300 penalty.
