Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated August 15, 1990, Docket No. 89-R1D5-355. Elaine W. Donaldson, Chairman; L. A. Harrington, Member.

The Appeals Board, on the Division's petition, reversed the ALJ decision dated March 12, 1990 (Digest 17,355), insofar as that decision reclassified a violation of 1632(e) (roof openings to be guarded) from serious to general. The Board affirmed the violation as serious and assessed a $100 penalty as proposed by the Division.
