The Appeals Board affirmed in part and reversed in part the ALJ decision of July 6, 1990 (Digest 17,434). The Board affirmed a violation of 3314(a) (cleaning, repairing, servicing and adjusting prime movers, machinery and equipment). However, the Board reduced the violation from serious to general and vacated the $750 penalty assessed by the ALJ.
