Alleged general violations of 1640(b)(4) and (b)(5)(A) (light trade wooden pole scaffolds) were vacated. Employer was charged because an employee was working on a scaffold more than 7-1/2 feet above ground without handrails and midrail, and was working from a single plank 10 inches wide instead of the required 20 inches.
