Two of Employer's delivery truck drivers, wearing open-toed sandals, were standing by on a loading dock. (Employees who actually participated in loading newspapers wore close-toed shoes.) One of the drivers was so close to a loading cart that he was exposed to the hazard of a crushing injury.
