Employer's dry cleaning establishment was the object of a complaint/follow-up inspection. Various General Industry orders were the subject of failure-to-abate notices and three citations were also issued alleging repeat/general violations of 5144(d)(4), 5194 (f)(4), and 5194(g)(8). The Division proposed penalties totaling $3,225 for the failures to abate previous violations and $110 for each of the repeat violations.
