Shoring, Spacing (1541(b)(1)). Following an accident in which two employees were hospitalized due to a trench cave-in at a pipeline installation site, Employer was cited for serious violation of 1541(b)(1) because shoring in an open trench more than five feet in depth was not properly installed.
