An accident investigation was conducted at Employer's job site, where it was acting as a carpentry subcontractor on an apartment complex. An employee was fatally injured when he fell from the edge of a building's fourth level. The Division charged a general violation of 3203(b)(2) and a serious violation of 1670(a), the latter with a $2,000 proposed penalty.
