Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated March 10, 1993, Docket No. 91-R5D2-310. Elaine W. Donaldson, Chairman; Michael R. Monagan, Member.

The Appeals Board affirmed in part and reversed in part the ALJ decision of February 21, 1992 (Digest 17,898), which had upheld a willful/serious violation of 3702(b) and an $18,000 penalty. The Board affirmed the violation, but reduced the classification to serious only, and reduced the penalty to $900.
