Employer was inspected twice in response to complaints. The first inspection led to citation for a general violation, with an abatement date of about a month. At the second inspection, Employer was cited for failure to abate the first violation with a $100 proposed penalty; and also cited for five further general and two regulatory violations, with proposed penalties totaling $2,170 more.
