An employee working in the bucket of a boom lift truck for Employer's cable television service was seriously injured when he came in contact with a power line energized with 12,000 kilowatts of electricity. Upon investigating, the Division issued a citation for serious violation of 3203(a)(3) and proposed a $2,000 penalty.
