The Appeals Board affirmed in part and reversed in part the ALJ decision of November 30, 1992 (Digest 18,113), which denied Employer's appeal from a serious violation of 1529(h)(1) and a $2,000 penalty. In its petition, Employer contested the serious classification of the violation and the penalty amount.
