One of Employer's activities was house fumigation, which involved enveloping the entire structure in a bag-like covering. An accident to an employee, who fell from a balcony railing while reaching up to put padding on a thrustout beam, was investigated by the Division and a citation was issued for a serious violation with a $3,500 penalty.
