After a complaint was filed, the Division conducted an inspection of Employer's facility which provided hot tubs, sauna, massage, and shower facilities. The facilities were maintained and cleaned by employees. Citations were issued for five general violations with $150 penalties each. At the hearing, the Division withdrew two of the allegations as duplicative.
