The Division conducted a complaint inspection of Employer's jobsite, where it was installing interior sheet rock, lath and plaster and exterior stucco, and issued citations for one general, one repeat/ general and one serious violation. Proposed penalties totaled $935. Employer appealed the existence of the first two violations and the penalty amounts for all three.
