The Appeals Board denied Employer's petition to reconsider its order denying a late appeal.
Appeal, Late Filing. Employer was cited on December 13, 1993, for a serious violation after an inspection conducted in August and November of 1993. The penalty was proposed at $2,500 but the citation was amended in March of 1994 to change the penalty to $60.
