Appeal, Late Filing. Following an inspection of Employer's premises, the Division cited for several general and serious violations. Employer filed an appeal from the citations 43 days past the filing deadline. After an exchange of letters regarding reasons for the late filing, the Board issued an Order Denying Late Appeal. Employer then filed a petition for reconsideration.
