Employer manufactured vinyl. An inspection by a Division industrial hygienist resulted in citation for one regular and 13 general violations. The Division proposed a total of $3,630 in penalties. Through motions at the hearing, the Division eliminated the penalties for two violations that were similar to others cited and combined three items into one violation. The amendments were granted.
