The Appeals Board reversed its Order denying Employer's request to file a late appeal and sent the appeal to be docketed.
Appeal, Late Filing. Employer was inspected and cited for two general violations with a $225 total penalty. It filed an appeal seven days past the deadline. The Board sent a letter requesting an explanation and Employer responded. The Board then issued its Order Denying Late Appeal. Employer then filed a petition for reconsideration of the order.
