As the result of "an agency referred inspection," the Division inspected Employer, a manufacturer and fabricator of equipment and systems whose employees performed welding operations on equipment and materials. The Division also conducted air sampling of welding fumes. A citation was issued alleging two general violations and penalties of $185 and $125 were proposed.
