Employer, an installer of cable for television and communications, was inspected following a drive-by observation. The Division issued citations for two general violations and one serious, proposing a total of $1,305 in penalties. At the hearing, the Division withdrew allegation of a general violation of 1509(c), Code of Safe Practices located at worksite, because of new evidence that no violation existed.
