Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated September 8, 1997, Docket No. 92-R2D1-1001. James P. Gazdecki, Chairman; Bill Duplissea and Bryan E. Carver, Members.

The Appeals Board reversed the ALJ decision of June 16, 1994 [Digest 18,563], which had reduced classification of an alleged willful/serious violation of 5021(a) to general and the proposed penalty from $30,000 to $300. Reconsideration was on petition from the Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
