Employer, a framing contractor, was inspected pursuant to a referral. A citation was issued for a serious violation with a $750 proposed penalty. At the hearing, the Division moved to reduce the violation to general and the penalty to $150, based on insufficient evidence to establish a serious classification. The motion was granted. The Division's request to exclude witnesses was denied.
