Employer, a printing press shop, was inspected following an accident and cited for two general and two serious violations. Penalties totaling $3,725 were proposed. At the beginning of the hearing the Division amended its extent and likelihood ratings on the serious violations to "low," altering the total proposed penalties to $1,975.
