Employer, an international manufacturer, processed aluminum castings to be used for water heater controls. Following an accident investigation, the Division cited for a serious violation and proposed a $5,000 penalty.

Machinery, Point of Operation Guarding (4184(b))---Injury, Not Serious (330(h)). Serious violation reduced to general; $5,000 penalty reduced to $300.

Employer had a machine that worked on parts for water heater valves.
