The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of March 7, 1994 [Digest 18,506], upholding one general and one serious violation with penalties of $250 and $625. At issue were 1710(g)(2), for failure to use safety belts, and 5002, for failure to avoid exposure of employees to overhead loads.
