CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 5549(a) (2000) - Employer substantially complied with all the precautions called for in the safety order, related to its storage of propane tanks. There was no evidence that it should have anticipated that plastic-on-plastic friction might cause a source of ignition, in the form of static electricity, which would coincide with other conditions to cause a flash fire. Serious violation dismissed.
