FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - INSPECTION AND SERVICE
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 1922(a)(4) (2000) - Employer proved that its portable fire extinguishers were properly inspected. One extinguisher, lacking a tag, was not in violation since it had a sticker: the safety order does not require a tag rather than a sticker. Another extinguisher which was discharged did not belong to Employer; the Division did not prove employee exposure.
