ROOF OPENINGS - SKYLIGHT COVER NOT PROPERLY MARKED

CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 1632(b) (2001) - An employee fell through a skylight opening. Since the cover had been secured, it was assumed that he deliberately removed it for some reason. However, the violation was still established because the markings Employer used on its roof opening covers did not meet the requirements of the safety order.
