APPEAL - LATE FILING
The Appeals Board denied Employer's petition to reconsider an Order Denying Late Appeal. Employer's explanation, that its receptionist who signed for the citations lost the paperwork and didn't get it to the proper corporate officer, resulting in filing of the appeal 50 days past the deadline, was an internal operating procedure problem. Extending the appeal deadline was not warranted.
