FLOOR HOLES - GUARDING
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, § 1632(h) (2002) - The Division established a violation where employees were exposed to numerous 12-inch-deep floor holes that were not covered or guarded by railings. However, the serious classification was not appropriate because the inspector provided only a conclusionary statement to show the extent of likely injury.
