INSPECTION - VALIDITY
The Division's inspection of Employer's construction areas at a winery where it had contracted to perform remodeling was lawfully conducted. The inspector reasonably believed that he had consent to inspect from a foreman who cooperated, even though he did not actually ask for permission to inspect the site.
