RECORDKEEPING - INJURY AND ILLNESS LOG
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, §§ 14301(c)(2) and 14311(e)(4) (2000) - Employer kept a current injury and illness log at its ambulance service's business office, the primary base from which its paramedics and EMTs were paid and carried out their activities. It was not obligated to keep one at a converted house where crews rested and waited between calls.
