REPORTING - SERIOUS INJURY
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, § 342(a) (2002) - The Appeals Board reversed an ALJ decision finding a reporting violation. It determined that Employer did not find out the serious nature of an employee injury until more than 12 hours after he was hospitalized, and it reported the injury within the required time period after that.
