FALL PROTECTION - WORK ABOVE 7-1/2 FEET FROM LEADING EDGES
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, §§ 1670(a) and 1669(a) (2004) - An employee not wearing fall protection was working at a leading edge installing plywood on joists and fell more than 8 feet to a concrete floor. The Division cited the appropriate safety order.
