REPORTING - SERIOUS INJURY
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 342(a) (2005) - Employer's failure to report an employee's serious injury was not a violation where it did not immediately know the serious condition or length of hospitalization, and fully informed the Division of the circumstances in a call the Division initiated.
