Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3328(b) (2005) - The Appeals Board disagreed with the ALJ's finding that Employer did not follow the manufacturer's instructions for inspecting a solenoid valve on its prune dryer. The Division did not prove the applicability of the safety order because the identity of the manufacturer could not be determined. Appeal from serious violation granted.
