FALL PROTECTION - ROOF WORK
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3212(d)(1) (2005) - An Employee fell 20 feet from a roof edge while cleaning gutters, a serious, accident-related violation. No fall protection had been provided, and Employer did not prove its lack of knowledge where supervision was lax and did not show due diligence.
