SANITATION - WATER SUPPLY
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8 § 3363(a) (2011) - Employer failed to provide potable drinking water for its local bus drivers. 

INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) - IDENTIFYING AND EVALUATING WORKPLACE HAZARDS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8 § 3203(a)(4) (2011) - The evidence was insufficient that any condition specified in the safety order that would have required Employer to evaluate heat illness hazards to bus drivers was present. 

INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) - TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8 § 3203(a)(7) (2011) - The evidence was insufficient that any condition specified in the cited safety order that would have required Employer to train bus drivers about possible health hazards arising in unusually hot weather was present. To that extent, Employer did not violate §3203(a)(7); however, Employer failed to train bus driver supervisors on the health hazards (heat stress) to which employees under their immediate direction and control might be exposed during unusually hot weather.
