GENERAL MOBILE EQUIPMENT AND AUXILIARIES, TRANSPORTATION OF EMPLOYEES AND MATERIALS – SECURING LOADS Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3704 (2019) – Employer failed to secure loads on a flatbed trailer against dangerous displacement, in violation of §3704. The logical time defense applied because compliance was temporarily suspended during rigging and hoisting of the piping module when a greater danger existed; and compliance again immediately existed upon clearance of the crane rigging and hoisting equipment.
