Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3395(f)(3) (2016) – Employer’s heat illness prevention program (HIPP) failed to meet the requirements of §3395(f)(1)(B), (G), (H), and (I). It failed to include a site-specific map, a supervisor chain of command, including supervisor’s responsibilities, or directions to the closest clinic.
